Information of water.
Water is elemental, life-giving and sustaining. It is ours to drink, ours to play in, to grow with, to build on. Water is more fundamental than any other substaince on Earth: You can live three weeks without food, but without water you'll be dead in three days.
“For most of us, fresh water is a tap away. For others, it’s an arduous daily journey. For every human, water is life.” |
Water between the developing countries and the developed countries.
Residents in America waste nearly 400 litres of water per day. While Africans only uses 5-20 litres daily but they have to pay 50 times more than an American. People in developed countries have access to clean water every day, while others in developing countries have to wake up at dawn, walk for miles just to collect dirty and murky water. IS IT FAIR? In many countries it would take you more than six hours every day to collect enough water for you family for a single day's needs. |
Issue of water.
We rely on clean water to survive, yet right now we are heading towards a water crisis. Changing climate patterns are threatening lakes and rivers, and key sources that we tap for drinking water are being overdrawn or tainted with pollution.
